A microdose is a sub-perceptual (inconspicuous) dose, which many people include in their weekly routines.
The idea behind this is to increase levels of creativity, energy and focus and reduce levels of stress, anxiety and emotional instability

Ingredients MicrodosingXP

MicrodosingXP is the result of a years long breeding process of sclerotia, which is the plural of sclerotium.

A sclerotium is a fungal package. On the outside the sclerotium is sometimes covered with a membranous layer that prevents it from drying out. Under conditions favourable to the fungus, fruiting bodies such as mushrooms can develop from these sclerotiums over a number of years.
The sclerotium is rich in fat and polysaccharides. It is a typical survival organ that can be considered a resting phase of the mycelium. The sclerotium consists of fungal threads (hyphae) that are glued together.

This mycelium is a fungus with a white, stringy structure. When a compact mass of hardened mycelium forms, the species stores food and water to make use of when growing conditions are not optimal.

MicrodosingXP contains fats and polysaccharides, in a low dosage also the substances psilocybin and psilocin, and other nutrients and is coated with a film that prevents dehydration. They are grown for the optimal size that is suitable for micro-dosing.

Taking very small, sub-perceptible amounts of MicrodosingXP over a period of a few days to a few weeks is intended to provide some benefit in everyday life.

How MicrodosingXP works

MicrodosingXP increases neural connectivity by stimulating new connections between different brain regions, which supports overcoming anxiety and depression.

What’s interesting is that there is an actual name for these “neurological tracks”.

It’s called the “Default Mode Network” or DMN, a scientific concept popularized by Michael Pollan’s best-selling book, “How To Change Your Mind”.

The DNM was discovered by neuroscientists in 2001. It is the brain’s way of simplifying reality.

Think of it as a complex filter system that we use to function without being completely overwhelmed by information.

One of the DMN’s main jobs is to inhibit other brain areas so we can stay on “autopilot”.

It reduces and limits our perspective in the interest of energy efficiency and conservation.
